Dear Customer,

The spread of the Corona/Covid19 virus remains a major concern for all organizations. Cegeka continues to monitor the situation daily and has taken the guidance and instructions provided by the government agencies into account.

The health and wellbeing of our and our customer’s coworkers is vital for Cegeka. Due to the scale of the crisis, Cegeka’s crisis management team has taken the following  measures:

  • restricting international business travel;
  • limiting movements between Cegeka office locations;
  • promoting good hygienic measures;
  • working from home for employees who have traveled to affected areas or may have been exposed to the virus otherwise;
  • dividing service desk and engineering teams deemed to be critical to the ongoing services delivery over at least two physically separated locations.

Fortunately, Cegeka’s service delivery capacity has so far, not been impacted. We remain vigilant and committed to taking the necessary actions to minimize the risk of service delivery disruption. We will contact you through our regular communication channels in case this situation should change.

If you have any restrictions or measures in place that would impact our cooperation, such as restricting visitors or supplier access to your facilities, please inform us so that we can act accordingly.
